Yikuan Lin
Undergrad student IPMT, NTHU (2019 - 2025)
Yikuan is an undergraduate student in the Interdisciplinary Program of Management and Technology (IPMT) at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. He has found a passion for sustainable development and is currently researching the hydrogen energy supply chain. Outside of his studies, he serves as the public relations officer for the newly established Design Thinking & Data Analytics club. In his free time, he enjoys weight training and playing the guitar.


Talal Adnan A. Murad
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2023 - )
Talal Adnan is a master's student in International Management(IIMBA), currently pursuing a degree at NCKU. With a strong interest in social entrepreneurship, Talal is focusing on developing innovative business models that address social challenges. Talal hold a bachelor's degree in Management and Finance and completed an
internship at the Saudi Embassy in Bahrain while studying for his bachelor's.
Additionally, Talal has gained valuable experience as an Account Manager at Toyota Auto Spare Parts Corporation, successfully ran two online businesses in Bahrain, and worked as a delivery person in Saudi Arabia. Outside of academics and work, Talal enjoys calisthenics and traveling in his free time.


David Dole
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2023 - 2025)
David Dole is currently pursuing his Master degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University under a full scholarship. His research interests focus on social innovation, employment relations, and sustainable business practices. David has been recognized with several awards, including the Young Economist Award and multiple full scholarships for academic excellence. He has also contributed to research projects on topics such as human trafficking, COVID-19 impacts on labor rights, and the role of technology in education.


Katherine Pineda
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2024 - )
Katherine Pineda is a Master’s student pursuing her degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. She is interested in employment relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, and entrepreneurship. Katherine holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her family started a jewelry business in her country. Throughout her studies, Katherine has been awarded several scholarships and has participated in numerous service organizations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures.


Patrycja Kinga Pietrzak
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2024 - )
Patrycja Pietrzak is currently a Master’s student at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University. Her research interests focus on human resource management, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. Patrycja’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies. Following her undergraduate education, she was awarded the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship, which allowed advanced Chinese language study and cultural immersion in Taiwan. Outside of academics, Patrycja enjoys dance, arts and crafts, traveling, and learning new languages.


Airi Senuma
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2024 - )
Airi Senuma is currently pursuing her Master's degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. Her academic interests lie in human resource management and entrepreneurship. Airi earned her Bachelor's degree in Policy Studies from Chuo University in Tokyo, Japan. She has been recognized with several scholarships. In addition to her studies, she has gained work experience at a brokerage company and university. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and appreciating art.


Joey Choo
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2024 - )
Joey is a licensed optometrist in Malaysia, and worked in a clinical setting for 3 years before pursuing a Master's degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. Her research interests lie in creativity in management and the arts industry. Outside of work and academics, she also has artistic pursuits.


Tu Huynh
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2024 - )
Tu Huynh is currently pursuing her Master degree at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University under a full scholarship. Her academic interests lie in Consumer Behavior and Entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting in Van Lang university, Vietnam. With 12 years of experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, Planning and Control, Tu sees this as a valuable opportunity to return to academia, deepen her knowledge, and integrate her practical experience with academic studies to mutually reinforce both. Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys traveling and cooking.


Alvian Nathanael
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Alvian is a licensed pharmacist from Indonesia with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Indonesia. He is currently pursuing his Master's degree in International Management at National Cheng Kung University. His interests lie in Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. Before pursuing his master’s, Alvian gained hands-on experience through internships and apprenticeships at seven institutions, including multinational pharmaceutical manufacturers, a distribution depot, a hospital, a community pharmacy, a public health center, and an international health information provider. He has earned multiple international awards in pharmaceutical science competitions. Outside of academics, Alvian enjoys cooking, motor racing, culinary exploration, traveling, table tennis, and photography.

Nitiya Ar-yusom
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Niti is originally from Thailand and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Michigan State University.
Her professional background spans the cruise ship hospitality industry and corporate administration, having worked as a company secretary at a corporate firm. She has a strong passion for social impact, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and entrepreneurship.
Beyond her academic and professional interests, Niti enjoys cooking, playing video games, painting, and drawing. A devoted flower enthusiast and proud owner of three dogs, she also considers coffee an essential part of life. With a deep curiosity for the world, she has had the privilege of visiting 44 countries.


Nhu Diem Huynh
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Nhu Diem Huynh (Zoey) is currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the Institute of International Management (IMBA) at National Cheng Kung University. Her academic interests focus on Human Resource Management and Sustainable Business. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and has professional experience in Human Resources across both corporate environments and non-profit social enterprises. These experiences have shaped her passion for aligning business practices with social impact and organizational development. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys music, photography, exploring coffee culture, and also outdoors activity as sources of inspiration and creativity.


Harry Adhyatna
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Harry Adhyatna is a Master’s student in International MBA at National Cheng Kung University, with a background in Civil Engineering. Despite his technical foundation, he has developed a strong passion for marketing and entrepreneurship since his undergraduate years. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to represent his university in the Hult Prize competition in 2018 and 2019.
Professionally, Harry works as a Brand Marketing Specialist in Indonesia and hosts Kuru Podcast, a platform where he discusses self-development and modern work culture. His research interests focus on exploring how creative workers in the creative industry can build sustainable careers while maintaining their artistic ideals.
Driven by curiosity and purpose, Harry aims to create meaningful work that bridges creativity, sustainability, and business impact.


Michiko Pangestu
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Michiko Pangestu is currently pursuing her Master's degree at the Institute of International Management (IMBA) at National Cheng Kung University. Her academic interests lie in sustainable business and social innovation. Michiko earned her Bachelor's degree in International Business Studies from National Chi Nan University in Taiwan. Outside of academics, Michiko enjoys reading, crocheting, and visiting museums.

Tomoya Kaneko
Master student, IMBA, NCKU (2025 - )
Of mixed Japanese and Taiwanese heritage, Tomoya earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Society from York University in Toronto. Having studied in multiple countries, he developed a strong academic interest in entrepreneurship, human resource management, and cross-cultural variations in workplace practices. Outside of academia, Tomoya enjoys watching reality programs that explore the darker sides of Japanese society, driven by a curiosity about what lies beneath the nation’s polished exterior and its paradoxically low happiness index.
